Sydney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is an LA native who originally moved to New York City to pursue a career in advertising, but pivoted to the fitness/wellness space and couldn’t love it more. Sydney is passionate not only about the SLT workout, but also helping people along their journeys to becoming their happiest, healthiest selves!
