Emily Calhoun

MASTER INSTRUCTOR

Emily is a longtime athlete, a medium-tenured redhead, and most recently, a returning Megastar instructor after a brief corporate intermission in her SLT career. While growing up, competitive figure skating and dancing honed her love of movement and music together, but recently discovering her strength through alpine climbing put a new spin on her perspective of fitness that she carries over to the Mega every day. (Fun fact: she has summited the Grand Teton and is working on a second summit attempt of Mt. Rainier!) She is also a left handed Taurus, for what it’s worth.
