MUSCLE FIBERS



Slow-twitch muscle fibers enable long-endurance feats. Our workout activates slow-twitch fibers through slow-paced fat-burning movements for lean muscle development.

CONTROLLED
MOVEMENTS



Slower = harder! Controlled movements maximize the effort in both directions of a movement (the push and the pull). The slower you move the better the reSuLTs.

COUNTER-
RESISTANCE



Counter-resistance with the Megaformer springs and weight of the carriage brings you to muscle failure (a good thing!) and improves overall muscular strength.

The A-B-Cs of S-L-T. Meet the Mega and get extra TLC on body positioning and form. Plus, a challenging workout!

ALL LEVELS

Our signature class for all fitness levels that ties together cardio, strength training and the most challenging elements of Pilates.

HARDCORE

Looking for an extra challenge? This is it! This class will push you to work your body to the max.

TREAD

Toning meets cardio. 25 minutes on the Mega and 25 minutes on the Woodway treadmill exclusively at SLT NoMad. Expect to be sore and sweaty!

FIRST TIME?

Everyone's nervous their first time... pro tips to ace your trip to the Mega

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get the 411 on class. Your instructor will give you a Megaformer demo and share the insider tips to nail your first class.

Grip socks are required! Need a pair? We have socks available for purchase at the studio. Taking SLT Tread? Bring your running shoes.

Stow your stuff! Our studios have lockers for storing shoes & personal belongings.

Channel your inner Mermaid, Cobra or Angel! Be prepared to push your body to limits you didn't know were possible (and learn what all that means).

Water will be your best friend before, during, and after class. Grab a bottle from the front desk or use our handy refill stations.
